My guess is that you haven’t, unless you read about it in the last year or two in some foreign publication. For the past year I have been really into Indian food. I try to be healthy so have a small amount of rice with a vegetable dish. Usually I order Palak Paneer which on the menu is described as Homemade cottage cheese cooked with spinach and spices” or Malai Kofta which reads “Home made cottage cheese dumpling stuffed with dry fruits and gently finished with golden gravy’.
